We have used InstaVan twice within the last week! Fantastic service, Craig moved everything from our upstairs flat into our new home and then collected sofas for us with no fuss whatsoever. Very affordable.

InstaVan fit us in at short notice, showed up on time and arrived in a clean presentable van. Craig unloaded everything with a smile on his face and friendly attitude, nothing was a hassle to him and was extremely professional.

Craig was amazing! Very friendly, professional and efficient! I totally underestimated the amount of ‘junk’ I had but he charged me a very reasonable price anyway. It was a move from Stockton to Dundee too! He arrived on time with a smile and unloaded all of my ‘junk’ into my new house in no time at all! I don’t think i’ve experience a customer service as superb as this!

Great guy Craig is. He and his colleague worked their cotton socks off all day and did a great job. They obviously knew their job really well and did not hang around.
The guys brought boxes and tape which we needed as inevitably we had more staff than we thought we had!
Arrived on time and got straight down to work and we were surprised how quickly the guys loaded the van. As we were on a hourly rate we were worried how long the move would take, but they were so quick and whilst being careful. Nothing was broken.
Definitely will recommend to our friends and will use gain in the future if we move again.
Payment and receipts were all well dealt with by the administrative team to finish off a hassle free day which can be a nightmare if you pick the wrong people.

What a great firm.  It's so pleasant to deal with a company that's totally focused on its customers.
I was a bit unsure, as I'd never heard of them before, though the reviews seemed good.  I needed a piano moved from Glasgow to Edinburgh, and didn't want to risk it being damaged by someone without experience.  I needn't have worried.  Courteous, on time, careful and reasonably priced.  If they aren't national in 5 years time I'll be amazed.

The removal guys arrived on time. They were very polite and professional, and didn't waste time a bit. Mine was a second floor apartment with no lift and in spite of that they managed to do everything on time. My only concern was a huge sofa which was difficult to remove out of the flat but they did it without any complaints and without damaging the contents. I would highly recommend this company in future for any removals. Kudos to Instavan!!!

Using Instavan has been my best experience of hiring a moving company to date- and that's saying a lot given that I've moved around extremely often in the past few years. I would describe Instavan as more than the average friendly yet professional service. As other reviews have noted, much attention was paid to making the moving process as easy as possible in a seemingly effortless manner. Instavan seems to be genuinely interested in giving the best possible service to suit their clients and I would definitely recommend them to others and will book them again when I'm planning my next move.
